Processing time

Orders are prepared and shipped within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing on the next business day.

We currently ship within the United States.

Delivery time

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 4–6 business days, so most orders arrive within 7–9 business days of purchase, depending on your location and the carrier. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Shipping costs

Orders of 2 or more pieces ship free within the US. For single-piece orders, the shipping cost is calculated by weight and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delays

Occasionally a package is delayed once it is with the carrier. If your order is taking longer than expected, contact us at drevynor@drevynor.starjacklegacy.com with your order number and we will help track it down.
